Welcome to Terra Hibachi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.hibachi2u.com) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Terra Hibachi provides on-site hibachi catering services. We bring a professional chef, hibachi grill, food, and entertainment to your chosen location. All cooking is performed outdoors only �?on terraces, balconies, patios, or under awnings. We do not cook inside indoor premises. Customers are responsible for providing tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for their guests unless otherwise arranged.
Our base price is $60 per person with a $600 minimum spend. Pricing for children 12 and under is $30 per child. Suggested gratuity is 20% of the total bill. Travel fees may apply and vary based on your location �?these will be communicated and determined after booking. We accept cash or credit card payments. Credit card payments incur a 4% administrative fee and must be processed at least 72 hours prior to the event. Credit card payments cannot be made at the conclusion of the party.
All cancellations and rescheduled parties require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 48 hours notice, the customer will be charged a fee of $200.00. In the event of inclement weather, the customer is responsible for providing a covered area (such as a tent or patio) for the chef to cook under. The customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of the party.
Terra Hibachi is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Terra Hibachi shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services beyond what is covered by our insurance policy. Customers assume responsibility for providing a safe environment for our chefs to operate, including adequate outdoor space and weather protection.

Terra Hibachi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
